Continuity Kit turns the recurring tics from your own conversations into two short tools: a personal handoff letter for a new instance, and a behavior anchor with five to eight examples of what does and doesn't work for you.

Who it's for: people who hold longer conversations with a steady AI assistant or persona, and notice that tone, habits or context fall back to default behavior when a new chat starts.

What you can reasonably expect: a more consistent landing and a clearer view of your own conversation preferences. Results differ by model. Even a well-landed instance can fall back later.

What this is not: no permanent memory, no guarantee of character retention, no medical or crisis service.
